Those fundamental new expectations about leadership were the focus of a lively discussion chaired by Thinking the Unthinkable’s founder and co-director Nik Gowing.
The session celebrated the launch of the Maryam Foundation at the IGA. It is an exciting new multi-year programme designed to accelerate the much needed shift from rulership to leadership. This is urgently needed to tackle radical uncertainty and disruption.
